Feb 2004 – We finally finished the renovation and moved into our home. What a big project. Mike had worked on this project with much heartache. We love the many colors we put into the house, red, green, peach, yellow, and black. Please visit us anytime.
Both Mike and Dorine do telephone nutritional consultation – helping people to improve their health with optimum nutrition supplements. It is really rewarding because we see results. Mike continues to maintain a personal commercial free public education website on alternative medicine at www.DrLam.com
June 2004 – Daren our eldest son, graduated from Pacific Union College. We are so proud of him. He is now putting in long hours day working and he stays with his friend at the guesthouse (at the back of our house). It is so good to have him home.
August 2004 – We went to the Pathfinder World Camporee in OshKosh, Wisconsin. Dorine, Carrie and Jeremy are still very active with the Pathfinders. We find the Lord has really blessed our spiritual growth this year.
September 2004 – Carrie went back to San Gabriel Academy after one year of excellence in San Marino High School. Since then, she has blossomed into a lovely young lady, loving the Lord tremendously and active in school and church.
October 2004 – This is the birthday month for our family. The kids invited their friends over for sleepovers. So much fun! Justin surprised us one weekend when he came for a special birthday party arranged for Grandma. He is our strong silent son currently studying in Pacific Union College and is consolidating his thoughts on his career. He helped improve our garden during his summer stay here.
November 2004 – Carrie picked up Oboe and Jeremy picked up Bassoon. Hopefully by next year, they will be able to join the regular band in school.
Mike and Dorine went to Sedona for their 25th Wedding Anniversary. It was a beautiful and romantic weekend.
December 2004 – Jeremy is taller than mommy now. He loves the computer, chatting and play with friends. We wish he is just as serious when it comes to studies.
We will be spending the holidays in Big Bear, skiing and relaxing.
God bless you all in the year to come. Praise Him daily.
Love,
Mike, Dorine, Daren, Justin, Carrie and Jeremy
