This pays for a 24/7 hospitality room, with an urn of coffee each morning, broadband use for up to 5 users, a mini-fridge, a       TV, and misc. costs (name tags, paper, etc.) Room will be available Jan. 14th through Jan. 20th.
~~ Reunion T-shirt: USD 15.00 See below for photos. NOTE: these shirts might fit small compared to US sizes. I was told an XL is 44", but when I measured a sample XL across the chest under the armpits it was a 41" (20.5"x2). It could just be the style of shirt, but just in case, I take a women's L size so I will order an XL. They say the sizing in inches is: XS - 36" , S - 38" , M - 40" , L - 42" , XL - 44" , XXL - 46" , XXXL - 48":

    Plenty of free time in this schedule for you to do your own thing or hang around with friends in the hospitality room or at the pool. You can join in on as many or as little of the events as you want. Some nights we will post a restaurant for dinner which you can attend and pay for your own. We will do the same thing for shopping, etc. The hotel is steps from the monorail, so it will be easy for you to get around.
    Please fill out the booking form and submit by clicking on the logo below the form prior to June 30th. I need to get an idea on numbers to nail down the costs. I will then contact you via email and let you know how much is owing and how to get a USD cheque to me. I have already had to pay a 50% deposit for the events so I will need your monies no later than July 30th. If for some reason you have to cancel, I will return your fees.
    07/06/08 - Looks like it will be September before I can get final costs and ask for money. Waiting on a few fence sitters, people checking their schedules, and the alumni teachers who could be away for the summer break.

The company I have been dealing with also do relocation work for ex-pats which will work well for "old-pats". so if you want to visit some where not on our agenda e.g. where you used to live, Frasers Hill, etc., contact Debbie Argus. This would be for smaller groups using vans or cars.
