Selamat Datang! G'day Mate! Bienvenue! Foon Ying/Huan Ying! Benvenuto! Saba'a AlKair! Guten Tag! Welcome Class of '74!
February, 2008
I'd still like to get more photos and/or bios from more of you. If you have any special events or get-togethers please forward them along. The 50th birthday photo page was a suggestion from Peter Doornbos, so send in your photos!

I'm really looking forward to the reunion in KL in January, 2009. I'm getting lots of suggestions and help from several people, including Sally Tait ('79) and Toni Mullen, ISKL's Alumni Director. I should have a hotel chosen by mid March.

Speaking of ISKL, they are hosting more and more reunions around the world. Just this year they have been in London, Boston, and New York. You really should attend one if you can, it's great to connect with the "young 'uns" and Toni Mullen is a great person who really enjoys connecting with alumni.

2010 or 2012 Reunion in Nasville, TN, USA hosted by Martin Fischer '73.

ISKL has recognized the importance of keeping in contact with alumni and how influential the ISKL experience has been for most of us. They created the position of  Director of Alumni Affairs this year and Toni Mullen has become the first to fill this position. Toni also enjoyed the overseas experience, having attended ASIJ in Tokyo for four years. She has also taught at JIS and is teaching at ISKL. Toni attended the reunion in KC in July 2005 to get a feel for the people and ideas for the alumni office.

The new website is up and running, and the glitches have been fixed. You need
to register (even if you were registered before).  After you register, Toni will
send you an approval email and you will be set to go.

They are also looking for more class agents. The information about class agents and how to register to be one is posted under Class Agent Information.

This also lists the class websites that alum are hosting. You don't have to have a website to be a Class Agent!

ISKL is "Calling for bios! Calling for bios (and a small photo)!" Let everyone know what you have been up to since ISKL and how it affected your life. Check out the Alumni Bios on the ISKL website (archived bio links are below the current ones) to see some samples.
